A cornerstone of PENTA's identity is our commitment to give back to the communities where we live and work. Thousands of hours of our employees' personal time have been donated through The PENTA CARES Foundation, an internal program dedicated exclusively to creating opportunities to help those in need in our communities.
For us, giving back has taken many forms. Corporately, over the past 22 years, PENTA has donated over $9 Million dollars in cash to various nonprofit organizations. At the project level, our teams continue to donate money and services to the neighborhoods and communities surrounding their projects. Personally, our employees are constantly answering the call to fulfill the various toy, school supply and other drives during the year. And with the help of our trade partners, consultants and clients we host golf tournaments in Southern California and Las Vegas for specific local charitable organizations. Combined these tournaments raised nearly $200,000 dollars in 2022 to distribute among five organizations. We also have given back to various nonprofit organizations by donating what we do best: building.
